Convolute Tube Winding Machines are used to wind multiple layers of paper around a mandrel to the required diameter, this heavy-duty Paper Core winder is suitable to produce thick-walled cores for various applications like steel reel cores, film winding cores, carpet cores etc
Due to the continuous production downtime due to the existing OEM Based PLC and AC drive system ageing and frequent failures, Elonics was tasked to upgrade the control system , we made use of the LSIS Automation and Drive product range which we distribute and backup locally.
